I thank thee I woke up this morning still the same
I am thankful for the earth on which I live
My heart to you today I give
Thank you for the place in which you call your home
And I know someday there will I roam
Please permit me strength for the day
By my side may you always stay
Allow wisdom to fill me up
Pour your blessings into my cup
