Attitude is not the root problem. This is a result that stems from oneโs thought life. When you let a culmination of thoughts brew together, it will indubitably formulate the expected result. So, if a bunch of negative, bitter thoughts are brewed together, you cannot expect a positive outcome, right?
At times, I find myself frustrated that my result is that of a negative attitude, but I shouldnโt be surprised if the thoughts I fed myself were toxic.
In order to achieve a positive result, I must not only think positive things but replace the negative. When that thought of comparison, bitterness, or hatred comes up, replace it with a thought of worth, forgiveness, or love.
So, in short, I must do three things to ensure a right mindset.
Examine. Reset. Replace.
