“Putting God first is not an activity; it’s the way I live my life.”
Yes, your schedule will reflect your priorities. And we make time for what’s important to us, but God cannot be confined to a schedule and one area of my life.
His presence in my life will be developed by my conscious choice of allowing Him to work and then exhibited throughout my everyday life.
This is something I’ve really struggled with the last couple of weeks. I’ve let other priorities get in the way and just shoved God to the side. I hate admitting it, but I know that I’m not the only one that struggles and I want to encourage you to immediately take action.
If you’re not busy (probably not if you’re reading this) just take some time and talk with God and read His Word.
If you don’t know what it’s like to have a relationship with God and just have questions, please reach out to me. I’d love to chat with you about the best thing in my life.
Amen! Convicting!
