I am not the one for measuring when cooking or tackling complicated recipes, so if you are like me at all, you will love this simple smoothie recipe!
I tried my best to put everything in proportion since I usually eye everything.
Also, I do not prefer all the backstory that goes into recipes, so I am going to get right to the point.
1/2 cup Blueberries
handful of spinach
1/3 cup Chobani Greek yogurt
2 tbs Guar gum
1 cup almond milk
1 pack of Sweet Leaf sweeter
1/2 cup ice
Put all of these in a cup (I love using the Magic Bullet blender) and blend!
